Very happy with purchase nice and sturdy very shiny.The sprayer is pretty but 2nd time in less that 18 months I have had to replace the darn hose. Both times the hose burst and water went all over everything under the sink. Very poor quality hose.Update May 2019: The nylon braid around the hose has now shredded as I feared it might, BUT it has been almost 7 years and the sprayer itself is still like new. I just need to figure out how to buy a replacement hose. Leaving at 4 stars because it's still the best I've found.Original Review:I used this with a Pfister faucet and had no trouble hooking it up in a couple of minutes.After going through some cheap "metal colored plastic" side sprayers (including the original Pfister one), which always seem to develop a crack and leak along the seam where the two plastic halves were joined together during manufacturing, I decided I'd had enough and purchased this solid metal side sprayer so I can quit having to replace the cheapies. It will probably save money in the long run anyway.I'm not terribly crazy about the design (shape), but it's still attractive and the build quality is excellent overall. It's very heavy (about 13.5 oz just for the sprayer by itself) and it both looks and feels sturdy. The sprayer holder is also metal, and even has a gasket on the bottom to help seal the sink hole, which is a nice touch. The hose is covered with what looks like braided black nylon fiber which seems plenty durable, although braided stainless steel would be even better. The spray nozzle even unscrews easily from the sprayer handle for easy cleaning or maintenance.The one thing that bugs me a little, and that prevented me from awarding 5 stars is the lever. They made this gorgeous, heavy duty metal sprayer, but when choosing a material for one of the most important external moving parts, they still went with cheap black plastic? Why on earth would they do that? I guess it doesn't look _terribly_ out of place, but I think a matching metal lever would make a world of difference.Also, as another reviewer stated, Kingston Brass has started making some other models of side sprayers that are junky metal-colored-plastic. I think that cheapens the brand, but I guess everyone else is doing it so perhaps they had "no choice" but to follow?Overall if, like me, you're sick of having to replace poor quality side sprayers, this seems like one of the best options currently available here, but it still has some room for improvement.This sprayer is exactly what we wanted and works great. Our only complaint is that because its metal it heats up when using hot water.This purchase was a re purchase. I really liked everything about it (looks, color, quality)Yet after 2 years the brass piece inside the sprayer got a barely seeable by the naked eye splinter of aleak. Which was not good. But I have purchased MANY products from the manufacture and love their products. So trying another.Love this sprayer! It is heavy duty and great quality, nothing like the cheap plastic ones! The pressure of water is perfect and doesn't spray out everywhere like the plastic ones do! I also love the style and color and it looks awesome in my kitchen! I highly recommend this classy sprayer!The quality of the sprayer is really good. We bought the whole faucet set with the sprayer, however the Kingston Brass soap dispenser which is supposed to mach the faucet set, lacks the escutcheon at the bottom so it looks like the others. KB would not sell us the part, so we bought the whole sprayer unit and used the excutcheon under our KB soap pump. Problem solved, but a bit expensive. We love our faucet set and the sprayer works better than others we have had over the years.Nice looking sprayer and matches well with my existing sink hardware. This is a mostly metal sprayer with trigger plastic. It is a definite upgrade to the sprayer it replaced. So far happy with the product. Time will tell on durability.Faucet already leaking after 5 month of use and this is a replacement for the original unit. Never ever buy any products from this company.The main faucet unit has had many issues as well over the past 2 years. We have been able to fix those it the spray unit is enclosed and can’t be worked in.Don’t waste your time and just buy a reputable brand from the get go.The information state that it need a 1/4 ntf coupling for the hose, but that’s not true. The 3/8 is too big and the 1/4 is too small. Some people said that it need a metric adaptor, but it’s hard to get metric adaptors in Canada, so go luck with that. Lot of work for a non usable device.I used this sprayer to replace my broken sprayer M962217-YYYOA that goes with the American Standard kitchen tap set Culinaire Bridge 4233.701.295. American standard no longer supplies the matching replacement sprayer and this is an excellent substitute - Just screwed it on right out of the box - didn't need to replace the hose. The finish and quality is completely equivalent - it's solid and fits in well with the existing AS taps.article de qualité haut gamme. Vraiment
